Owner of MAYA Steaks & Seafood in Sandy Springs and Red Pepper Taqueria in Buckhead and Decatur, Mimmo boasts more than 20 years of experience in the culinary industry. Born in Lebanon, he grew up in Spain and spent time in Italy before moving to Georgia. A trendsetter, Mimmo has also become known for his creative vision and ability to introduce new cooking and cocktail trends to the market.
With a philanthropic heart, Mimmo is active in each community where he has a restaurant and regularly hosts charitable events and initiatives in an effort to give back. He also belongs to the Roswell Business Alliance, the Roswell Chamber and the Sandy Springs/Perimeter Chamber of Commerce.
