When a high-quality steakhouse opens, that's usually big news. But being located in Sandy Springs is a weird thing, not quite city, not quite out-in-the-burbs. And though chef-owner Mimmo Alboumeh's background is in fine dining, he's made a name in town recently with his more casual Red Pepper Taquerias. Atlantans should give this cozy yet upscale spot a shot, and take note of the Spanish touches on the menu, a welcome break from the same-old at most steakhouses.
Must Order: Prime beef carpaccio, with white truffle cream, capers and Manchego cheese.
