This new Sandy Springs steakhouse has already made a mark with its choice beef in the evening — it's now adding lighter fare during the daytime (though steak's on order if that's what you're craving). New sandwiches include a smoked sockeye salmon with cream cheese, capers, raspberry jam and piquillo aïoli, and a burger made from brisket topped with aged cheddar, sweet onions and bacon. Salads range from spinach to a traditional wedge with a pungent blue cheese dressing and candied, double-smoked Nueske’s bacon. Look for mussels and other seafood as well.
